TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

1. HHI will advertise and market this property on their website and any other media as required, on behalf of the owner.

2. The owner can cancel this agreement at any time, by giving 14 days notice, in writing to HHI.

3. HHI will charge the seller, a 6% commission rate fee of the final selling price, due upon successfully selling the above property.

4. The seller has confirmed that all the information provided about the property are a true and accurate description of the property.

5. The seller agrees to pay any transfer fees on completion.

6. A copy of the sales agreement, passport copies and marketing material will be enclosed with this agreement.
